From a source who acted only on condition of anonymity and Kirsten Dunst's phone number, Guns 'n' Butter has obtained a classified Clinton administration memo proving that President Clinton ordered the National Security Administration to spy on Princess Diana, among others. At considerable risk of receiving a severe finger wagging from former President Clinton, we reprint the memo here.
